2nd Shift Pool Monitor Needed

We are looking for a Pool Monitor this summer. I have one, 20 -25 hour per week position available from Monday thru Friday. The hours are from 3pm/4pm to 8pm. We need one more alternate for when someone is out sick, or they need a vacation.

These are Pool Monitor positions, not lifeguard positions, however you must be CPR certified. If you are not CPR certified, I can help you get your certification very easily online.

Candidates must be responsible, loyal, punctual, at least 18 years old and have a valid ID. You will be required to enforce the Twin Ponds pool rules and ensure the safety of the residents throughout the summer. I also need you to commit to the entire summer. If you cannot commit to this job from Memorial Day to Labor Day, please do not apply.

There will be daily duties such as testing the pool water, emptying the trash, putting the chairs away, closing the umbrella and securing the pool area when the pool closes for the evening. Occasionally, you will be required to vacuum and/or skim the pool, but generally you will only need to put our robotic vacuum in the pool before you leave for the evening.

Maintenance Technician Needed

Twin Ponds at Nashua is seeking a motivated individual to join our maintenance team in our 400+ apartment complex. Must be able to work alone and thrive working with others. Must have own tools, valid driver’s license, solid driving record and own a reliable vehicle. The individual that applies for this position must be available to work full time and occasionally after hours for emergency situations and on call situations. Must work occasionally after hours with other employees for community events. The maintenance staff works with all members of the property management team and under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Tasks must be completed in a timely manner and consistent with company standards. Skills Required Plumbing Carpentry Painting Minor electrical (outlet replacement, GFI replacement) HVAC repairs Appliance Repair and Replacement Sheetrock repairs and replacement Carpet and/or padding removal Must be able to lift 75 to 100 pounds, sometimes for long periods. Must be able to be on your feet for extensive periods of time. Must be able to squat, climb stairs, reach overhead and climb ladders. Repair and replace locks, hardware, smoke alarms Window replacement Repair and replace screens Additional Skills Required Customer service skills Computer literate Must not be afraid of heights. Happy Halloween

Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Thursday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Be sure to drive a little slower this evening and have a safe and fun Halloween.
