Must be able to work alone and thrive working with others. Must have own tools, valid driver’s license, solid driving record and own a reliable vehicle. The individual that applies for this position must be available to work full time and occasionally after hours for emergency situations and on call situations. Must work occasionally after hours with other employees for community events.
The maintenance staff works with all members of the property management team and under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Tasks must be completed in a timely manner and consistent with company standards.

Previous experience required, preferably in the property management industry.
