Twin Ponds at Nashua is a division of First Equity Associates, Inc. We pride ourselves in a professional, yet casual atmosphere. The site was purchased in 1969 and developed into hundreds of apartments varying from spacious, multi-level, garden style buildings to two-story townhouses with private entrances.
One of the property’s most unique attributes is that it has been self-managed since day one. First Equity Associates, Inc. has been active in the operations since the property was originally purchased.
Over the last several years, the entire property has been renovated and efficient modern buildings have been erected to meet the growing needs of our residents. Some of those needs have included radiant floor heat, two full bathrooms, laundry equipment for every apartment and we have one building that has an elevator an indoor garage. Some of our apartments are equipped with air filtration systems giving our residents providing clean, filtered air around the clock.
